Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Family Bedrock and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Family Bedrock believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Family Bedrock and its subsidiaries.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Family Bedrock ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Family Bedrock ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations.

Orders ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders ship by USPS or UPS based on customer selection.

Sales Tax

Family Bedrock charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Currently, sales tax is charged 6% on all Maryland orders.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to return or exchange merchandise in new condition, we will happily issue a merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. For all returns or exchanges, please send an email to info@FamilyBedrock.com. There are no refunds, with the exception of an incorrect order or damaged order, in which case we will promptly issue a refund and/or send you the correct order.  Please contact us immediately if a product is received damaged.  We are unable to provide a replacement or refund without proof of damage. 

All merchandise must be returned via insured courier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc) so that we can track the package. We apologize that shipping costs are non refundable.
